This was my first visit with Dr. Appavu. She listened to my pain complaints and was able to provide me with an explanation that I could understand as to what is causing my pain and what is needed in order to relief it. She recommended PT for pain relief that should cover strengthening for muscles from the lower back and IT bands. I would RECOMMEND her to anyone experiencing pain.
