It's such a blessing to have come across Elizabeth Blankenship. From my first appointment I felt listened to and understood. She has done a phenomenal job at explaining the processes occurring in my body, why I was struggling to lose weight, and how I can achieve my weight goals. Instead of telling me the typical "lose weight and exercise" statement, she dove into my diet, why it matters to eat the minimal amount of sugar in the morning, the benefits of fasting, etc. She is very knowledgeable and up to date with the studies conducted towards treatment she recommends/prescribes. Thank you for all your support and care.
